First call
Let us begin with a 30-minute conversation.
This first contact helps me understand your situation, your main question and how I may be able to help.
The call takes place by phone and is booked in advance. Afterwards, you know whether my guidance matches your needs and what the most useful next step would be.
The process, step by step
-
First contact · 30 minutes
You describe your situation and the question that brings you here. I explain my approach and we check whether the guidance is a good fit.
-
Analysis meeting · 1 to 1.5 hours
Once the useful information has been received through the channels explained directly to you, we analyse the situation together. I allow more time when the subject requires it.
-
Strategy presentation
I present a structured strategy, the proposed priorities and the trade-offs. We then discuss your questions and refine the approach together.
-
Decision and implementation
If the strategy suits you, a separate meeting formalises the choices and organises the next steps. You remain free not to continue.
A useful call
After the first call, you will know
- whether your question falls within my field of guidance;
- which next step would be most useful;
- which information may be prepared later if you choose to continue.
